During my first office visit, I initially arrived at the wrong location. I called into the office and reached the answering service, where the representative immediately contacted the office to inform them that I was lost. At that point, I began to feel overwhelmed, as the hospital is very large and I had no idea where I was going. Fortunately, another representative who overheard the conversation stepped in and informed us that I needed to be at a different address just a few minutes down the street. I am extremely grateful to both of these ladies for taking the time to calm me down, assist me, and ensure I was directed to the correct location. I would also like to acknowledge the wonderful receptionist who followed up with me by phone to confirm that I was heading to the right place. She stayed on the line with me until I safely arrived at the correct office, which meant more to me than words can express. Once I arrived, my visit with Dr. Goel went very well. She took her time, was very thorough, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to identifying and addressing the issue. Overall, despite the initial confusion, I am very thankful for the compassion, patience, and support shown by the entire team.

There is very little wait time in the waiting room, pleasant staff, and Dr. Goel is super knowledgeable. She takes the time to review medical history and to discuss matters fully. They also respond in a timely manner to messages on the Portal.
I love my doctor. Since over 15 years ago, she has been the best, showing care and concern, which is something that is missing among medical staff nowadays, in my opinion.
Excellent DRs and staff. I feel very confident about the quality of health care that I'm receiving. My health has improved greatly since I started seeing them
