Baptist Primary Care - St. Johns Bluff

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. The physicians at this office were wonderful. They were attentive, professional, and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered. I would gladly see the doctors again. What completely changed the experience, however, was the woman working the front desk. She was cold, dismissive, and came across as though helping patients was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, she was audibly mumbling negative comments behind the counter, which was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.

I haven’t been to a doctor in ~7 years. Dr Meade made me feel very comfortable, cannot recommend enough. The staff member I talked to that I scheduled my appt. With, and the assistant during my actual appointment were amazing. Very patient with me. Thank you guys!

The doctors at this practice are excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns, which is the only reason I’m giving more than one star. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was the complete opposite. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. Rather than treating patients with courtesy and respect, she had an unpleasant attitude and could be heard mumbling rude comments behind the counter. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome before I had even seen the doctor. The first impression of any medical office starts at the front desk, and patients deserve to be treated with kindness and professionalism. It’s disappointing that such excellent doctors are overshadowed by poor customer service at check-in. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because the quality of care provided by the physicians deserves front desk staff who reflect the same level of professionalism.
