Office has great communication, Dr. Lynsey really listens and I appreciate that. I don't think I have ever had to wait more than 3 minutes in the waiting room. Text reminders and check in make the paperwork easy.

Check in was pleasant and fast, Dana was very efficient and answered any questions I had. Dr. Schlotzer is supreme. She is without a doubt the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She listens to concerns, offers suggestions and explains issues in layman's terms. She is always smiling makes the appointment very relaxing.

As is always the case, interaction with the staff followed by my appt. with Dr. Peterkin went as you would hope. The staff friendly and attentive and Dr. Peterkin takes the time to cover everything and anything that you might want to discuss. He takes the time to explain things so you understand them and never do you feel rushed like you are on the clock. You leave there feeling better then when you arrived with your questions answered and test results completely covered. Just a very friendly, kind, and caring man who happens to be one of the best doctors you will find if lucky enough. That's why I followed him from Regency to his current location, longer drive and all. Because you just don't often find great doctors who happen to be just as good of a person. By far the best doctor I was lucky enough to find!

As I've written in the past. I used to see an excellent experienced local physician but he was outside Baptist, where all my other specialists reside. To keep it all in one place, I found this office and have been more than thrilled with Dr Peterkin. At first, I was a little concerned that his youth may not be a good fit for me, due to my numerous complicated medical conditions over the last 15 years. I needed a doctor who could understand this when handling other ailments in his office. Well, Dr Peterkin does that and more. Even if my issue is not normally front and center in the medical books or from residency, Dr Peterkin prepares for the appointment with solid information and intuitive explanations. He is also very responsive with questions/issues through the portal which is amazing since he is so busy now!!!I trust his medical advice and sincerity for his patients, and that's very hard to find these days.
