Baptist Primary Care - Regency

The office personal was amiable and welcoming. The waiting area was roomy and comfortable. Dr. Cabrera was professional, competent, and listened to my health concerns. The phlebotomist was a capable technician who was skilled and efficient.

I have been going to the Regency north location since I moved to Florida in 2007. I needed to find a primary care physician immediately since I had just been diagnosed with high blood pressure (and placed on medication to control it) by my doctor in Iowa and saw that the Baptist org was the one health with the best coverage in terms or locations and specialties. Not only that, but you had websites for each of your locations along with biographies of the doctors at those locations. So I studied the website for the Baptist regency location along with the doctor bios posted there.I was impressed with Dr Michael Janssen's bio, so I gave him a try. I never left - stuck with him until his retirement. Not being an individual who handles change in the best way, I mentioned being worried to Doc Janssen. He mentioned the number of applications that had been received and the thorough process being followed to get his replacement. I decided to go with that replacement - Dr Henry Greene and I am so glad that I did. His care is every bit as compassionate, caring and professional as I was used to with Dr. Janssen. Not only do I recommend Baptist, but I recommend Dr. Greene as well when asked. I trust my life with Dr. Greene. You did very well in replacing one great doctor with another. In addition, every staff member that I have interacted with at the office has been great. I also recently had a stay at Baptist South hospital. Can't say enough good things about that facility either.

Chelsea was incredibly kind and compassionate. She took the time to understand my frustration and did everything possible to help me feel calmer and better understand my situation regarding my mother's health. Thank you for listening to me and for making today's call such a positive and reassuring experience. Despite other reviews, I think dr ohm is great. More so, nurse Camille is so sweet, personable, and has great energy. I really appreciate both people. If you dislike informative, direct Dr's, maybe find another one, otherwise this could be the place for you
