The front desk staff here are so incredibly sweet and compassionate! I witnessed an older woman who urgently needed help figuring out how to do her telehealth appointment, and the staff member assisting her was so kind, patient, and comforting throughout the whole process. She never seemed frustrated and genuinely took the time to make sure the woman felt comfortable and understood what to do. I wish I had gotten the MA’s name because I would love for her to receive the recognition she deserves. She is exactly the kind of person I would want caring for my older family members. It was really wonderful to see such genuine kindness and patience from someone in healthcare. ❤️
The receptionist and Dr. Zaiden's assistant were very kind, and the waiting room was exceptionally clean and smelled pleasant. Most importantly, Dr. Zaiden was attentive, professional, and had an excellent attitude.
I had a very frustrating experience trying to establish care at Baptist Primary Care as a new patient. I scheduled an appointment, only to be told that I would need to schedule a separate appointment for lab work, which was a week away. The scheduler seemed confused about the process and even asked whether I wanted to schedule an appointment three months from now. As a new patient with medical concerns that need to be addressed, why would I reasonably be expected to wait three months? I was then told that I would have to rearrange my schedule around the doctor’s availability and that I could not see another doctor. The scheduler also said she could not check appointment availability at other Baptist locations and that it was my responsibility to call around and verify scheduling on my own. This was extremely frustrating and left me wondering what assistance the scheduling department is actually providing. To make matters worse, the information I received about the doctor’s availability was inconsistent. I was initially told that the doctor would not be available until two weeks after my labs, and then suddenly I was told it would only be one week. Nothing about the scheduling process was clear, consistent, or concise. Ultimately, I spent a significant amount of time trying to coordinate care and still did not have any of my medical concerns addressed. As a new patient, this experience was disappointing and made me question whether Baptist Primary Care is the right place for me to receive care. I expected a much more organized and patient-focused experience.
AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! My appointment was 3pm with Colin Lacroix, I arrived at 2:30pm. After got a nurse got my vitals, I waited in office for an hour! No body showed up. No doctor, no information, no explanation. Just me, waited in doctor's office, for an hour! Then, at 3:40pm, I had enough. I left. I was very annoyed and angry. No one in this place will respect you, and your time.
They messed up the date of my next visit after I re-arranged my work schedule to make it. They don’t send email reminders unless you sign up for apps. Very poor experience
