Dr. Cantrell is the absolute best! Professional, experienced, and a great listener. So lucky to be in such great care here. If you are lucky enough to be one of Dr Cantrell's patients, you are in great hands.

I have been with this practice for over 15 years. Used to refer many patients there , no longer would do so!! Not sure what happened ?It's all about money and no longer about patient care. Really is a shame because some of the Doctors in the past have been excellent. Must be feeling of many in their proximity . Spoke with a practice near there and they are gaining patients daily.

I recently took my uncle to see his PCP. He was very sick, and he is also deaf. With less than an hours notice, this office was able to secure an interpreter as well as be very kind and gentle with him while he was not feeling well, and was very nervous. I cannot think this team enough. More often than not, It is very difficult to get my uncle a truly wholesome visit from top to bottom with outside providers or specialist. This can cause quite a few nerves, especially in an emergency situation. We are very grateful for this team taking the extra time to ensure he received a visit just like anybody else. We so appreciate you! ** the interpreter was very thorough and ensured all questions were addressed, answered, and did so with kind and patient mannerisms. Thank you.

December 2021 Upate: And so it continues. I had my routine yearly lab work done weeks ago and just got a call, today, in advance of my appointment, tomorrow, asking why I hadn't gotten my lab work done. I was even a bit concerned about one of the lab results as I had reviewed it weeks ago and figured this office might even call me if they had reviewed the results in advance. As of today and after giving them chance after chance, I will NEVER, EVER set one foot over the threshold of this office again. Original from 2020: I wish I could split this review and give six stars to the actual providers and zero stars to the office staff. The front office of this place is extremely disorganized and I have documented at least 11 examples of their complete inability to do simple tasks with competence. I waited a couple years of experiencing error after error before posting this. Last week, I showed up for my fasting routine lab work and low and behold I get there and the tech wasn’t there and the staff claimed they had been trying to call me with a tone like it was my fault that I showed up for my own appointment. They confirmed they had the correct number on file, but I received zero phone calls. I came back in town from my mountain house specifically for these appointments only. One time, they called me back from the waiting room to the exam room for my appointment before realizing they had the wrong patient and sent me back to the waiting room. Everything I get there is extremely routine, and they are never prepared for routine procedures. Please be respectful of your patients’ time as we are accountable to showing up to our scheduled visits. This is not rocket science. I honestly sometimes question the staff's ability to read and write. Being accountable to my personal health is a priority but the office staff makes it so difficult and it has downstream effects. The actual providers are amazing, too bad it's hell to get to them and a reflection of the office as a whole.
