I previously had a wonderful experience at this office. I received excellent care from Dr Neilson and had great experience with the entire medical staff. My doctor recently left the practice and being a person who typically only sees the doctor for wellness visits I had not needed to make an appointment until this morning when I was experiencing a serious infection. When I called to make an appointment I was informed I would not be able to see anyone until I established care with one of the doctors. And that doctor didn’t have any available “establish care” visits until end of March. I was extremely disappointed that an individual in need of medical care cannot be seen until a formality visit is completed. How is this good standard of care? This seems unreasonable and best practice would be to schedule an existing patient with a doctor for a sick visit immediately if needed. No where in any of the information received indicating that my doctor was leaving the practice did it mention that I would be turned away prior to establishing care. It is not my fault that my doctor left this practice. I urge you to readjust your procedures so sick patients are able to be seen when needed. Even if they haven’t completed the unnecessary establish care visit. Seems like just another way to take my money.
Dr. Ernst is an outstanding physician who truly goes above and beyond for his patients. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Ernst took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine compassion gave me complete confidence in my care. It’s clear that he is dedicated to providing the highest quality treatment and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. The entire staff was friendly, organized, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Ernst to anyone looking for an exceptional doctor. Finding a physician who combines expertise with such a caring and personal approach is rare, and I am grateful to be under his care. Five stars without hesitation!
Dr. Samantha Kraly has been the best internist I’ve had since… well, ever. She has an exceptional bedside manner, is incredibly responsive when needed, and somehow manages to make going to the doctor almost pleasant—which is saying something!
I've been a patient at this office since 2011, and I truly believe I'm in great hands. I trust my primary care physician, Dr. Platte, and every provider I've seen here. They are professional yet personable, taking the time to be thorough, accurate, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this practice!
From the staff to Dr. Rigaud, I cannot say enough. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly from the time you check in until checkout. Dr. Rigaud is amazing, he listens and pays very good attention to everything I say which reflects in his care and visit documentation. He has a phenomenal bedside manner, takes whatever time is necessary to make sure my needs are met and truly cares about his patients.
