Dr. Gaute is great. She is a good listener, explain things well and was quick to address my concerns. The office is comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm glad the office is growing and I could find a friendly female doctor close to home. My experience was excellent.
Dr. Ghate has no respect for a patient’s time. I had a virtual appt scheduled at 11:15am, a few minutes before I received a call saying she will be 20-25 minutes late. I said no problem. By 11:45, I called the office and they said another 20-25 minutes. By this point I had them cancel it. At 12pm, I got a call saying she was ready, but I declined. I understand she may be busy, but that is poor time management to say the least. I took time out of my work day to have this appt, and it was a complete waste. My last appt in office I had to wait around for her as well. I understand some wait is normal, but this was unacceptable. When I did meet with her previously, she was attentive and I had no complaints there.
I absolutely love Dr. Ghate! I’ve been a patient since she was in another hospital system and followed her to Baptist. She’s thorough, doesn’t rush the appointment, and knowledgeable. 10/10!!
Dr. Ghate is fantastic and always takes the time to listen and cares. Very glad she is my physician.
Great experience with the staff and doctor. Availability to schedule a next day appointment is a major plus.
