Always friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Teruya takes the time to fully explain test results and make recommendations for our future health and wellness which is greatly appreciated. The staff and scheduler are professional and accommodating in checking vitals, listening to concerns and in setting appointments and follow-ups. Thank-you all!
Doctor
Dr. Teruya has every quality in a doctor I could ask for. She is a good listener, has great empathy and respect, and coordinates care with other doctors when needed. Additionally, the support staff are responsive and communicate well. Calls are answered, voicemails are returned. This office is a rare gem in my opinion!
The staff here are Great so knowledgeable and Professional and very kind.. The office is Always very clean and on time for apts. I love ❤️ 😍 Dr. Garcia he is the BEST!!! He sees my family.
Staff is very professional and friendly. They greet everyone with a smile. Dr. Santiago is attentive, very knowledgeable and eager to give advice that is beneficial to the patient’s needs.
Dr. Teruya talks to me rather than to the computer. She is thorough; she listens; she educates; and she is compassionate. She gives me the amount of time I need and I never feel rushed - very rare in my experience in this new world of corporate medicine. She's the best!
