Baptist Primary Care - Hilden Road

I scheduled an appointment 5 weeks put as a new patient. Told them I was cash pay they said no problem and gave me a price. 3 week later they call my father who is not on my contact form to tell him their an emergency and I need to call asap. I call and they say they don't take cash pay after waiting 3 weeks. They never called me and called a contact I dis not have and did not want knowing any information. Stayed on the phone for 40 minutes to speak with a manager on what was going on. Finally they said she would call me in 5 minutes. No call haven't heard back. Aweful experience and won't even hold themselves accountable or let me speak to a manager. Now I have to wait another 4 to 5 weeks with a new office to get my medical needs looked at.

staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Dr. Andersen is always up and thoughtful. she explains things so I understand them clearly. Does a great job. Great office and doctor to deal with.

This is an excellent facility. They are efficient with scheduling and taking you in at your appointment time. Dr Tice and Dr Gries are professional yet personable. They listen to you and summarize every visit in great detail to ensure they heard you. They are both very knowledgeable - my wife and I are very fortunate to have them as our primary care providers.

I really appreciated the way Dr.Heath listened to my concerns and took the time to explain all my concerns. I also love how easy it is to use the baptist health app to book appointments, see your test results, and ask questions! You can also pay your bill as well. The entire medical staff is always friendly,professional, and helpful.
