Dr. Leibowitz is truly one of the best physicians I have ever had. He listens to his patients concerns and tries to address each one with knowledgeable medical care. He is above and beyond with his follow up, answers messages promptly even if it is after hours. He expresses genuine care. As an aging patient with multiple chronic issues, having a doctor that gives me peace of mind is valuable beyond words. Dr. Leibowitz gives me that peace of mind.

My family has been going to Dr Waters office since I was 18 and I am 41 now. I actually live out towards Fleming Island and drive across town to see Maria Fernandez. She is an amazing down to earth person who is always available for her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr Michael Waters since I moved to Jax in 2009 and have recommended him to family and friends. He has invested a great deal of time in my medical care and he listens to what I am telling him. If he can’t fix what needs fixing, he refers me to great specialists who do what needs to be done. He knows me on sight and remembers my history. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor!

Appointment availability, friendly front office who "get it," and an excellent, respectful medical staff who listened and asked the right questions to get to a diagnosis and not-overly-aggressive treatment plan. Consistently an overall good experience at this practice.
