Highly recommended! This office is very clean and the staff were so friendly and professional. There was very minimal wait time to get called back and then very minimal time before the Dr. came in. I felt comfortable and valued here!

I have been seeing Kimberly Coggins for quite sometime & she has provided me with excellent care. The employees are friendly & it's easy to make my appointments. The office location is convenient to my home & I appreciate how fresh & clean it is kept.

Bizarre double-billing and deeply concerning customer service. During my July 2026 annual physical, I was billed separately for both a preventive annual visit and a standard office visit. When I called the billing department, a representative claimed that receiving specialist referrals triggered the extra office visit charge, stating that an annual physical "is only for height, weight, and BMI."This explanation is absurd. If a patient cannot discuss ongoing health concerns or seek medical advice during a yearly checkup, the visit serves no purpose. And also you are paying separately at the referred location. I have completed annual physicals for over a decade and have never encountered this practice. The billing department's response felt dismissive and evasive rather than satisfactory. I strongly advise future patients to clarify pricing upfront to avoid these hidden, split-billing tactics.

Dr. Herring is an excellent doctor! He is very personable & cares about his patients. His staff is wonderful, too!
