Professional, friendly, caring team from the front desk greeting, to nursing staff (like Cathy) and most of all Dr. Turner. It was my first visit with this team, and Dr. Turner spent time with me, never rushed through the process and we talked about my health and she made me feel seen and heard. I'm very happy to have this professional, caring, friendly team looking after my health!
I liked the professionalism the doctor and office staff exhibited during my visit. Each person took time to listen to my concerns and provide feedback. Everyone was courteous and made me feel at ease.
The staff is very welcoming from checking in and out. I have been with BPC since Dr. William Moore🙏, he was the best Dr ever, then I established care with Dr. Sonia Sharma . She is attentive, care for her patients, address all your needs and provides excellent service.
Great customer service of Neha. She’s super provided nice customer service to me. I really appreciate her help. I hope she’s a great asset to this company. Hopefully, everybody should follow her.
The office was very clean and I felt safe there. I liked my nurse and doctor a lot. It was a first visit to establish care. I have a return appt for follow up care. Only complaint was being asked to arrive 30 minutes early, being texted 32 mins before the appointment was I there yet, and then being over 30 mins behind my actual appointment time by the time I was seen. Typical but aggressive.
