The staff is really friendly. The waiting time is reasonable. Stephanie May APRN is wonderful and kind. She never rushes me, answers all of my questions, and includes me in the decisions of my plan of care. She is engaging and makes me feel like she cares. Top notch practice in from my experiences.
I've been a patient at this location for years, back when Dr. Dennis Pallen was my physician. When he retired, I had another doctor a short time, now Dr. Stephenie Meyer, whom my husband and I really like. But, now she is moving south, and we will miss her, but wish her all the best. I saw a PA today. I can say every PA I have ever seen at this location have been wonderful. I've never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend.
I had my first visit with Dr. Cudmore yesterday and he is absolutely wonderful! He was kind, easy to talk to, did not rush our visit, and seemed to genuinely care about my health. I look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Cudmore and Callahan Baptist Primary Care - the office staff and lab is always welcoming and friendly!
On one occasion, I had a blood vessel break in my eye. My entire eye was covered with blood. I walked in to see if I needed to see Dr Cudmore. They worked me I to see the Doctor and Dr Cudmore took part of his lunch to make sure to get an appointment with the eye doctor that was just a few place.down from their office. He made the appointment for me and like I said took his lunch to take care of.my problem. I was very impressed that he did that, and I will never forget how nice and caring he was that day. Thank you Dr Cudmore!!!
Very professional and friendly office! They treat you like family and not just a number! I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants great care!
