I went here for over 6 years and always thought they were great. They were convenient, could usually fit me into their schedule quickly, and having labs done on-site made things easy. In 2019, I started a new job that provided incentives for getting an annual physical with lab work, so I continued coming here every year. I saw the same PA each time, completed my physical, and then went upstairs for my blood work. Year after year, I never received a call, follow-up, or discussion about my lab results. Eventually, I ended up in the ER and discovered that my kidneys were failing. I started seeing a nephrologist and began getting my labs through Quest, where I could actually track my results and learn what the numbers meant—especially my eGFR. A while later, I requested copies of all my previous lab results from my annual visits. Looking back, the trend was obvious: 113, 93, 87, 52, and then continuing downward. My kidney function did not suddenly decline overnight. There was a pattern over years. The hardest part is knowing that many people do not find out they have kidney disease until it becomes severe. That is why regular physicals and lab work are so important—but it is equally important that someone reviews those results with you and helps you understand what they mean. This place was great when it came to convenience and scheduling. But when it came to something as important as catching a serious health issue early, my experience left me deeply disappointed. Please advocate for yourself, request your results, learn your numbers, and don't assume that no phone call means everything is okay. I hope others have a better experience, but this was mine.

Friendly staff, from front desk to my nurse who was an absolute 💎 caring gentle with a great send humor. Clean facility. Easy to make appointments with in house lab. Doctors don’t make you feel rush. I used to see Dr. Starke but he left and was happy to be placed under Dr. Burnette’s care - she’s patient, a good listener and overall makes you feel comfortable.

I absolutely love Ms. Antonette! The clinic is always spotless, the staff is incredibly friendly, and everyone in the office treats you and your needs as a top priority. Their level of care and professionalism truly stands out!
