Baptist Primary Care - Baymeadows

My experience with scheduling at this Baptist primary care office was extremely frustrating. I was essentially given the runaround and told that lab appointments were booked far out, potentially months in advance. When I tried to clarify my options, the scheduling representative did not make much effort to resolve the confusion. I was suddenly told I could have a visit three months from now, which did not make sense based on the conversation. The dates were repeatedly confused, and I was not given clear or consistent information. I also was not given the option to see another doctor. Instead, I was expected to work around the schedule of a physician I had not specifically chosen. As a patient, I would expect the office to make a reasonable effort to provide clear scheduling options and help find an appropriate appointment rather than leaving me to navigate an unnecessarily confusing process. Overall, the scheduling experience was disappointing and made it very difficult to get the care I was trying to arrange. $475 dollars wasted.

I’ve always had great experiences there. They listen to your concerns without dismissing anything. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Hoxha is wonderful!

The ease of making an appointment, the friendliness of the staff, and they have a lab on site. But, most importantly it’s Dr. Rozenbaum. He’s a great listener, does a great job explaining treatment options in terms that are easily understood, he really puts you at ease. I’m really glad that he’s my primary care provider. I’ll continue to come to him for any healthcare needs!!!
