Baptist Primary Care - Baptist Pediatrics San Jose

As first time parents, it can be nerve wracking when your little one does not feel well. Having a reliable and knowledgeable medical team is essential to help guide you through those moments. We have taken our son to this practice since he was a newborn. Dr. Paton is his primary and he is absolutely amazing. He is thorough, always answers our questions and has helped us navigate these first couple of years. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful. If I have an after hours or day of concern, I always receive a prompt call back. We recently were seen by Dr. Conner for a same day sick visit on a Saturday. She was so great and ensured our baby was feeling better before we left. She even made sure to have a nurse check on us this morning via telephone. The nurses are so kind, helpful and reassuring both in office and on the phone. We can’t say enough positive things about our experience over the last (almost) two years. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for our family! We are so grateful!

I can't recommend Dr. Paton and Dr. Atkins enough! They both have been an incredible source of support and guidance for our family since our baby was born. Their knowledge, patience, and compassionate approach make every visit a positive experience. They take the time to listen to our concerns, thoroughly explain everything, and provide practical advice that makes us feel confident as new parents. The office staff is also friendly and efficient, making scheduling and visits stress-free. We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful pediatrician for our little one!

Dr. Atkins is very thorough and reassuring, she checks on their whole well being, not just physical health. She has great bedside manner with parents and children. We love her!

I could not be happier with this practice! We normally see Dr. Adam, but we have seen several different providers, and they've all been wonderful. Aside from that though, I just want to say how amazing the practice is as a whole. They are so fast with returning phone calls, and I have been offered same day sick visits anytime it's needed. I trust them 100% with my daughter's care and am so appreciative. The staff are all so caring as well! Our first visit there my daughter was fresh out of the NICU.... The staff made special accommodations to make sure to not risk any possible exposures (they had us wait in a room by ourselves and even exit through a side door to avoid the waiting room). It's little things like this that just make all the difference!
