There has not been one time, I have assisted a client to an appointment here. That they got seen at their appointment time. Mostly an hour or more after the appointment time. Before they are called back. Once in the back may sit another hour before being seen by the doctor. To have elderly patients. No I did not want to go in a back office to talk about a problem. That you know this location. 1. If he's always running late. Most likely due to the older patients. Love to talk a lot, but not an excuse. How are you supporting him, does anyone think to send a text message or phone call. Informing the patient he's running behind. To see if they would like to reschedule or come 30 to 45 minutes later. 2. The receptionist just needs to be retained, because if you have an attitude. When someone asks questions. I just make the appointments, but the appointments are the problem. I know she remembers me, because I had said something to her about the wait time. 3. Your patients time is just as important as your time. People take off of work, sometimes have to catch rides, and even have to pay people to sit with their loved ones. Because the appointments are taking so long. 4. Communicate better with your patience and scheduling. Just think about the times you have been in the same situation. Lost time and money for simply booking an doctors appointment.
We went in with our youngest for a persistent sore throat 😫 The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff was so caring and attentive. The doctor was warm, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. It was our child's first time in an ER and she was afraid to go. She had such a pleasant experience, she was so relieved 😌 Everyone from the security guards to intake to the doctor and nurse-10/10. Highly, highly recommend 👌🏽
I’m glad I switched over to Baptist Primary. Mrs. Katherine is very detailed and shows that she cares about her patients , she educates you. I love it there.
Staff is very good, polite and courteous. Dr Rahotep Alkebulan is a class act, actually takes his time and listens to what I am going through. Itt is hard to find a physician this day and age that has the knowledge in what this man brings to the table. I realize that Dr's have their hand tide because of Insurance companies control them I just ask for a dr to try and he does. Thank you again.
The staff and the doctors are wonderful. All of them. Especially Mrs. Patricia and Yadira. Dr. Toledo and Dr. Alkebulan are some of the kindest doctors out there. They listen to your concerns. They actually try to help patients and they aren’t judgmental at all. I don’t mind the wait because I know the doctors never rush an exam. As far as referrals go, I know this process takes time depending on your insurance. A lot of specialists are dropping insurances left and right so finding someone in your network can be a pain in the butt.
