My experience with Baptist orthopedics was honestly better than I could have imagined, thanks to Dr. Sood and AT Lisa. I had been dealing with an issue for literally two months, and within an hour of being seen, I was already beginning to feel relief. Dr. Sood has phenomenal bedside manner. He truly listens to your concerns, is extremely observant, and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I found him very easy to talk to, and I never felt rushed or intimidated. He was also very educational, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident about my care. AT Lisa was also wonderful. She was patient, helpful, and guided me through my first experience with kindness and professionalism. Together, they made an experience that I had been nervous about feel incredibly positive. I've always been a little intimidated by orthopedics, but Dr. Sood completely changed that perspective for me. He provided me with exercises to continue at home and gave me a clear understanding of what I need to do moving forward. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend Dr. Sood and his team to anyone who may be nervous about seeing an orthopedic specialist. The entire staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Dr. Neil Sood evaluated me, listened to my full history, and took the time to answer all my questions and explain my action plan in detail. He never seemed in a rush to leave and asked me several times if I had any further questions. The X-ray technician was also very kind and very gentle when moving my legs. I highly recommend this place.
Told to do a walk in by the ER. They turned me and about 4-5 others away because the walk in doctor wasn’t there. Now an ER telling me to get it seen here isn’t good enough and I’ll be waiting even longer to get my primary to send a referral. Fantastic.
Dr. Sood was very thorough and offered me choices for further treatment. He was professional and forthcoming with his assessment and recommendations. I will gladly recommend him to any colleagues who might need orthopedic care in the future.
My husband had shoulder replacement surgery by Dr. Harrison Mahon. Everything regarding his surgery was excellent. Dr. Mahon was a pleasure. The surgery had a superb outcome. The office and hospital staff were very professional and knowledgeable. All services were timely and through. I would recommend Dr. Mahon and his office staff and the hospital facility to anyone in need of orthopedic care.
