Baptist North Emergency Room

This location provides poor service, providers are condescending, and the relations department fail to respond to complaints because they are very common. Report quality of care issue to your insurance company and they’ll respond the only thing they care about is money. I’ll never go back here I understand why the ER is a GHOST TOWN compared to other locations! I’m glad. Trash, Garbage, FECES is the service you’ll get here staff attitudes included.

I wish I could leave a higher rating for all the nurses and CNA’s that were amazing, but as they say one bad apple. First let me say that I have left several messages with the patient advocate and nurse manager for Weaver 3 and have not received one return call. One day shift nurse made up several lies about myself and the CNA’s regarding my blood withdrawals, high blood pressure and her withholding my medication because she said I denied these things when I was questioning what they were. I would not recommend this hospital for care because there’s no communication regarding daily menu choices, high blood pressure reading’s ignored, and no treatment for my wound. I was complaining about coughing mucus and that was ignored. This nurse lied in her notes about me and she lied about a CNA not telling her my pressure was high when I was right there when the CNA called her and the nurse said I’m on break but never came in and took care of it. They constantly poked and moved the needle around looking for veins for blood withdrawal and IV’s after I told them I was a hard stick and needed the ultra sound or vein finder. This nurse couldn’t careless or the hospital administrators.

Terrible service sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hrs waiting to be seen for a severe ear infection/pain and was told at check in that some will see in 30min, now I know if there where tons of patients in the lobby waiting to be seen but there had to be like 7-8 other people wait and nothing. I walk to the front deck and told them I’m leaving and they didn’t even bother to ask if i was feeling better or anything the just said ok terrible service.

They mix of the order they call people, and say they're going off of who is most important. I waited 3 hours to get a room but nothing. Do Not Come Here, Better going somewhere else
