Definitely one of the most caring and compassionate group of medical professionals. They really care about what’s wrong, care about getting the best treatment they can for you, and even if you have a wild and crazy question, the physician doesn’t mind answering it. They were proactive in their care. There’s ever an issue with Insurance. They never make me handle it, they call and get these things handled and approved.
Everybody was very nice. This was my first visit to the neurology group. Parking was very easy downtown. They were able to bypass any hourly charges, which is very nice. The medical team was fantastic. Really good group of people caring and understanding
Baptist South is a well laid out and walkable campus. That made it very easy for me to find the office. The staff was very helpful and I was seen very close to my appointment time. My doctor spent time with me and really helped me with my concerns. We have a great plan in place.
Dr. Shooliz and his team of nurses are excellent. Whenever I've needed a prescription or any kind of documentation, they've provided it immediately. The doctor takes the time to listen to the patient and make the best decision.
The staff is very efficient at check-in, vitals, and check-out. The provider gave me the time I needed to explain my health situation.
