Scheduled appointment was on time!! Check-in staff was very courtesy as usual. My PA Kimberly Simon Is always full of smiles and makes you feel right at home! She’s takes her time to listen and answer any concerns and explains things very well she’s wonderful!!
The nurse Jeanelle for my neurologist Dr. Whalen was so warm and comforting. It was my first visit here and she made me feel so welcome. Dr. Whalen took time to answer all of my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. I was definitely impressed by the entire experience including the speedy check in.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Never have a wait for the doctor. The doctor takes time and asks questions and truly seems to care and understand your needs.
The entire staff was nice and friendly. The doctor listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed; he took his time to make sure all my concerns were resolved.
Easy to get to the neurology office. Parking is available. Staff is efficient and welcoming. Very thorough in obtaining your info. Dr. Whelan talks and explains things to you so you understand him. I am very confident with his care
