I just wanted to take a minute and give credit where credit is due! I was in the hospital, Baptist South, this past week and had the absolute BEST experience! Cecillia and Riza were by far the best nurses I’ve EVER come across! Don’t get me wrong, every nurse I dealt with was amazing! They truly made me feel comfortable and didn’t treat me like just another patient coming through those doors! So, thank you, to everyone who was so kind and understanding! Especially, these two woman! Give them a raise!!!! 💕

All was well but for the most part, except the nurses think anxiety is a joke, and laughing about mental health break downs. Ending up discharging myself after not being prescribed meds for my anxiety after having multiple discussions with nurses. Also all my mental health conditions are accessible through my Baptist chart. I left ER against medical advise because I was mentally overwhelmed and not given anything for anxiety after my wife and I requested it multiple times. Infectious disease is concerned about the infection in my jawline/ bone. You made a patient extremely uncomfortable! The nurses even giggled at my wife. Play stupidity games, win stupid prizes. You had great reviews.

All staff were extremely polite, professional, and thorough! I couldn’t be more pleased with our visit there today! So grateful for everyone who took care of me! Also, everything was so clean! ☺️

I highly recommend this place for mammograms. They have a very efficient system which takes into account all aspects of preparing for the mammogram. Thus, you don't wait long for your turn. Their staff is well organized and explains things thoroughly. The person conducting the mammogram is knowledgeable and kind.
