Baptist Medical Bridge Clinic

Recently went there for a follow up appt. The receptionist was so nice (and funny). The nurses and Dr. Cooke were efficient yet thorough, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

The staff at Baptist Medical Bridge Clinic Jacksonville exceeded all our expectations for helpfulness, kindness and expertise. Especially helpful were staff members: Tatiana, Dr Monroe, Sydney and Lydia. Thank you for making our stressful experience so much better.

I was very impressed with the attention Mz Yolanda gave me. I had called four Baptist clinics seeking a doctor to help with blood pressure. All of them stated they could not help me as I had recently been involved in a car accident. I tried to explain that I was not seeking treatment for my wreck but they did not care. Mz Yolanda listened and found me a doctor and even set my appointment and checked in on me after. She cared and showed the compassion you would expect from a medical provider.

It felt like a waste of time coming here. Been trying to get a hold of the case worker for over a week for a hematologist doctor to no avail. I guess I’ll have to find one on my own.
