As my first time at the office, I was impressed with the professional but caring office staff. Cory was Dr. Mai’s nurse and she was friendly and very competent. Dr Mai is amazing in his knowledge and how he listens. I walked out with a note plan and renewed hope in not just managing my heart issue but seeking treatments to get my heart healthier.
My husband's experience with Dr. Steven Ross has been top notch, what an gifted and truly amazing doctor. He made us both feel heard and comfortable during a very scary time. He recently performed my husband's ablasion and it went without a hitch. Very thorough you never feel rushed and really seems to care. Would recommend Baptist Hearth Specialists to anyone and without a doubt recommend Dr. Ross.
Service has always been friendly and competent! They literally saved my life 2 yrs ago when I had a ‘widow maker’ heart attack. The after care has been great. Would not be here today if not for the great team they have.
My first experience with Dr Ross was absolutely extraordinary so wonderful he is so patient and understanding very professional and explains his self to me very clearly I'm so excited that he is my doctor I thank him for his service and time also his staff thank you Baptist I would recommend him and his staff to anyone anytime
A member of my family with multiple critical issues was sent to the Baptist heart CCU this week. The quality of care was exceptional in every way. It's difficult to express the full extent of our gratitude. Thank You!
