My entire family have been patients at this location for approximately 10 years. It has gone the way of corporatization and digital transformation of patient records. Not necessarily a bad thing, unless you're the staff having to spend an inordinate amount of time inputting computer data. IMPRESSION: Our medical practitioner is showing signs of being overwhelmed, unenthused, and stressed. This latest visit was a no nonsense, by the book, sterile, just answer my questions and say what you mean, mean what you say experience. No off the script conversation was entertained or welcomed. OK, we understand time is money and there are other patients to be seen. This less than friendly treatment was sorrowful and disheartening. We felt our fav medical practitioner was cold, distant, and not happy about having both of us in the exam room. There was purpose to us both being there. Was our medical practioner having a bad day? Were we violating COVID protocols by having multiple people in the exam room? I asked the med assistant if it was ok and she happily said, sure. We want to give our medical practitioner the benefit of a doubt, but I'd experienced this behavioral change at my last visit and mentioned to my fam mbr. My fam mbr had now experienced and acknowledged it first hand. It wasn't my imagination. When you tire of patient care and get no joy from the amazing relationships you develop during your career, perhaps it is time to hang up your stethoscope.

Really like the practice. Very professional and patient-oriented. I'm generally very impresed by the level of service throughout the Baptist Health system in Jacksonville.

My doctor (soon to be ex) has really lost it. He went off on a Walmart rant, telling me not to buy anything there. Messed up my meds for about the 20th time. I like Baptist but am transferring to another doctor and office.

Dr. Correal Perez is excellent. She takes time to listen and explains your treatment and option in a manner that is very easy to understand.
