Very disappointed to learn that Dr. Jami has left the practice. The worst part of it is that no assistance was given to get in with Dr. Arcon on a priority basis or to help find replacement care. They wouldn't even agree to do the monthly injection I've been getting from a nurse there. The answer was "go to your primary care doctor," which is a whole ordeal to get done, and I'm already late to get the monthly injection. Scary that this can happen with no notice!

Honestly, the whole staff is great. From the receptionist to the doctor. Very cordial and generally interested in my health and keeping me on track with my progress. Have been with Dr Arcon several years now and my A1C control has been good.

I had an appointment scheduled with my endocrinologist for next week and was in the process of getting my pre-appointment labs done when I learned — entirely by accident — that my doctor had left the practice and my appointment had been cancelled. I received no call, no email, no letter, and no notice of any kind beforehand. For a patient managing an ongoing endocrine condition, continuity of care matters, and being left to find out on my own is a serious lapse. Doctors move on; that's understandable. But a practice has a basic responsibility to notify affected patients and help them transition their care. This one didn't, and I'd urge anyone relying on them for time-sensitive treatment to factor that in.

Dr. Jami is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to truly listen. I felt heard, supported, and confident in my care plan. Highly recommend!
