I’d tell my story to previous therapists, and they’d listen, and acknowledge my living situation was “hard”, but not offer ways to help that worked. Deidre, my therapist taught me more than listened (to a story I’d play over and over in my head, and was tired of telling). What she taught me was that FIRST, I had to take care of me. It made sense. As I used the “tools” she gave me, in ways I could understand, I began to experience my situation differently. I came from feeling a victim, even from my own thoughts and actions, to valuing my own Mind, Body, and Soul, capable of becoming a precious “me” worthy of entirely different ways of reacting, thinking, and dealing with situations outside myself I now “let happen” but not try to “fix or control.” Deidre brought me back to my most healthy and precious self, equipped with a small dose of anti-depressant and a huge tool box for moving forward.
Lindsay McKim is an amazing provider. I followed her from another practice because I’ve never had such quality care. She listens, she cares and never makes you feel rushed. Couldn’t ask for any better.

Overall appointments are easy to schedule. Work well on days & time that are good for you. I see APRN Cheryl Dietly. Easy to talk to and goes over your treatment plan. I would recommend her.
