I had taken my husband to our Dr. in the morning, because I knew something was wrong with him, but I didn't know what. She could not find anything definitive and was going to refer him to a neurologist. He didn't seem to have clear cut symptoms. That afternoon, my husband lost his balance, scraped his arm, was bleeding, and could not stand up. He would not let me call an ambulance and insisted I drive him to the Baptist Beaches ER. The ER Dr., thankfully, disregarded our age and listened to the unclear symptoms we tried to give him. He did a brain scan and said my husband had a subdural hematoma and needed to get to downtown Baptist where the Lyerly Neurosurgical Group. In no time, they had my husband in an ambulance and took him where he needed to be. I am so grateful to the ER Dr. at Baptist Beaches on the late afternoon of 2/4/2026.
I saw podiatrist and she removed something from the bottom of my foot, short version my foot got infected ,I went to my primary Dr's office 2 times, I was so much pain I could hardly walk .second time I was supposed to see my Dr I called the office and told them I think I'm gonna go to the emergency room, it's a lot closer to my apartment, I didn't want to set in car for 20 minutes because my foot was hurting so bad. At first they said yes but they called me back and said the Dr wanted to see me.i get there and the nurse took a picture and showed the Dr.The nurse told me that Dr wants me to go to the emergency room. I'm so happy I did ☺️ they took x-ray and Dr came in my room and said what ever the Dr took out of my foot she didn't get all of it. A few days later I get call from Baptist hospital they told the Dr in emergency room put order in for me to see the wound Dr 😅 I'm so grateful for her .I saw the wound Dr and now I have to go into the hospital. My foot is infected and now it's started to go into my bones. Thank God for the emergency room Dr. I would be still waiting to see my primary or the foot Dr. I wish I new the name of the Dr at emergency room so I could thank her .
Arrived when there was no wait and told them were really slow. It still took four hours to be seen by a doctor who basically ordered one test and gave me some Tylenol ( I already took Tylenol and had that of helped I would not have called my doctor or come the the ER. Then they acted like I was the problem for asking to leave. Five hours now, one test and some Tylenol and still sitting here. I will never come here again.
This is for Doctor Krueger; I am so thankful I was under his care. He is an extremely professional individual who has master the art of being able to be empathic at the same time and genuinely speak with his patients and give them his undivided attention. He is extremely calm and collected, I appreciate his demeanor and how he approaches situations. I wish him so much progress and hope he goes far in his career as a doctor. Thank you so much for everything you do.
I'll be honest — I was initially very hesitant about coming to Baptist Beaches Emergency Room. After reading so many negative reviews online, I almost talked myself out of it entirely. But I am SO glad I didn't listen to them, because I genuinely don't know what those people are talking about. My experience last Wednesday morning was nothing short of exceptional. I arrived around 10 AM and was in and out in less than two hours — at an emergency room! The front desk receptionist greeted me warmly and check-in took all of one minute. I was then politely directed to a waiting room that was completely empty, and within maybe two minutes, I was already being taken back. No long waits, no chaos, no frustration. I was given my own private room equipped with a comfortable bed, pillow, blanket, and a TV — small touches that genuinely made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Dr. M. Hauser was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Within two minutes of examining me, he had already diagnosed my medical emergency. Shortly after, a second doctor came in to evaluate me as well. He agreed with Dr. Hauser's diagnosis and the recommended treatment plan. Both physicians were warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. What really blew me away? Before I even finished checking out, I received a text from CVS confirming that my prescribed medications were already ready for pickup. That level of efficiency is unmatched. I give Baptist Beaches Emergency Room my highest possible endorsement without any reservation whatsoever. Don't let the negative reviews scare you away — my experience was incredible, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received.
