What a wonderful welcoming clean and inviting medical facility. I'm here for family and I got to say this place is nice. I already saw several people leave while chatting with the nurse/ doctor while coming out of the back room. There is a place here for little kids to be entertained. A snack & drink machine. Water fountain. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of seats. Comfortable temperature. Spacious. Beautiful and all the people here have been informative, helpful and ready. I'm not being helped, but, I could imagine that the care here is also following suit - meaning "phenomenal"! After being here, I'm actually a lot more relaxed knowing a capable medical facility is so close to my home. I hope this place never goes away. I hope people never get sick either, but, when they do, this place has it's covered.
Very inattentive staff. Was there for 2 hours for them to give me no results. On top of listening to 2 younger ladies talk crap about their job and the people they work with. They definitely didn't like that I overheard them as they sure got back to work when they saw that someone was listening. Doc did some weird touches on me which made no sense why he was doing that and then to not even believe me of my symptoms and basically said they could do nothing for me and just follow up with my primary care doctor. Unbelievable waste of my time and money. I never go to a doctors for myself as I am a busy mom. I have something going on and was hoping I could get some assistance and wasn't even offered an ultrasound to rule out things. I can't believe the lack of care for people. So disappointing. Will never go back. I wish I could get my money back.
Shoutout to Tarsha Daise for making my blood draw experience quick, easy, and stress free. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Great customer service and excellent bedside manner. Truly appreciated!
I went in after dropping off my son at school for an injured foot. They make you go through a metal detector as if you are in a not so great neighborhood. That one is new. The only polite people is the lady behind the check in desk & the radiologist. The nurse had a huge nasty attitude & the doctor didn’t even take more than 5 minutes to speak with me. I HAD TO ASK HIM IF MY FOOT WAS SPRAINED. HE SAID IT WAS HIS BEST GUESS!!!! I have Cadillac insurance & was treated as if I had none. Do yourself a favor & go to UF Health. You’ll get treated way better.if there was a no star to puck from, this place would get it.
I brought my 7-year-old son to Baptist on 12/18 around 8:00 PM, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and professional, which made a stressful situation so much easier for both of us. Our nurse, Alexandra Flory, was absolutely wonderful. She was compassionate, personable, and amazing with my son, making him feel comfortable and safe throughout the visit. The X-ray team who came in to perform his imaging were quick, efficient, and very reassuring, which I truly appreciated. As someone who also works in healthcare (unknowingly to them), I can genuinely say the level of care, teamwork, and professionalism we received was exceptional. It’s clear this staff truly cares about their patients and families. Thank you to everyone who took such great care of my son — we are very grateful.
