I had an excellent experience at the ER thanks to April, RN, and Dr. Whitman. I came in with concerns about possible acute appendicitis, and they were incredibly thorough throughout the entire evaluation. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable. What stood out the most was how genuinely they cared. They made me feel like my health and concerns truly mattered, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier to handle!!! I’m very grateful for the exceptional care I received and highly recommend this ER. Thank you, April RN and Dr. Whitman, for your outstanding care!
We took our 3 year old daughter here 6/20 and they were amazing! Listened to exactly what I wanted her tested for and were so gentile and sweet to her. Thank you Loren, Jennifer and Dr. Imrisek for helping her feel better:)
Unprofessional care. From start to finish it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in a hospital. It truly felt like I was being punished for coming into this ER at every turn. Btw to the nurses, the patients can hear you talking about them from their rooms.
Huge shoutout to Alisha(I think that was her name 😅)and Amanda yesterday night for helping out my father Very quickly! Very pleasant and wonderful nurses very kind and helpful it didn’t take long to get him in a room Alisha iv skills are fire very quick, ED it’s self was very clean, stuff was wonderful and helpful +++ thankssss to the ultrasound lady who gave me a blanket because it was cold 😂🫶🏻🫶🏻
On 5/6/26, I visited Baptist due to throat pain and an earache. The doctors and nurses were friendly; however, I have concerns regarding my care during the visit. A nurse performed a strep throat swab using two swabs in the back of my throat—one for the rapid test and another for a culture if needed. After the swabs were collected, they were left on the counter in the room with me and no one ever came back to test them. Despite this, the doctor informed me that I did not have strep throat. I am very concerned and confused as to how that conclusion was reached when the swabs were never tested. I was discharged with ear drops and ibuprofen sent to my designated pharmacy. I understand the facility was busy, but that should not prevent proper follow-through to ensure patients are accurately diagnosed and not potentially spreading illness to others in their household.
