Rich provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the warranty process, store policies, and the products themselves, which made my exchange quick and stress-free. He went above and beyond by not only helping me replace my item under warranty but also taking the time to assist me with updating my account. Rich was professional, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was handled correctly. It's rare to find someone so well-informed and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Rich, for making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free!
Took my daughter to get her second ear piercing for her 13th birthday. She’s been begging for them to be done for quite a while now but after we arrived and it was time to get them pierced, she became super anxious. Rich was her piercer and he was very professional, kind, patient, and just the right amount of funny. She and I are very happy with the piercings and the experience and recommended seeing Rich if you can for any piercings.
Richard was awesome when we stopped by to get our 2 year old's ears pierced! He was very helpful and it went a lot smoother than I thought it would. Our daughter didn't cry at all! I'd recommend this location!
What can I say Richard was amazing. 1st off I came in with a broken necklace and he was more than glad to help me with my problem.
