I had the most wonderful experience of my life at Banter. Keda and Ery’Chauna were very pleasant, helpful, Joyful, etc. I had a wonderful experience with them. Their customer service is out of this world. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that I feel is worthy of their services and wanting to get a gift for someone special, family member, etc. They definitely helped me find all of the items I wanted or would like and they made it happen for me. Can’t wait for my items to come in. I am definitely going to go back!!!
Tristan & his manager Ery’Chauna were amazing! Tristan was very helpful and patient while trying to find the right gift for my wife. He went above and beyond laying out all of my options. I will definitely be back!
Atlas and Zach did my 6 year olds ears today and she was so nervous. Kept changing her mind but they were so patient and kind. My daughter has been asking for weeks to get them done. My daughter ended up watching someone get their ears done before her and decided to get hers done. She was so happy. They explained everything they were doing and remained patient and respectful. While another lady was coloring with my 4 year old son. I didn’t get her name but everyone was amazing. I would definitely go back. My daughter is happy with how they look and so excited to show all her friends.
Ery’Chauna was exceptional with assisting me today and even though I didn’t end up making a decision today I definitely know I’ll be returning to her location in the near future 😊
Triston was great! Very kind and knowledgeable on the products. Very helpful making sure we understood the process for home care as well. Thanks again ☺️
