I’d like to share my appreciation for Tyler R at the 4711 River City Dr, Suite 131 location. He went above and beyond to help me find the last remaining 100% cashmere blazer I had seen two days earlier and returned to purchase today. At first, the system showed it as sold, and I assumed it was gone. But Tyler noticed how much I had liked it and took the initiative—without me asking—to check further. He went to the back and managed to locate the one remaining piece, which wasn’t even showing online. His effort, attention, and genuine willingness to help really made my day. I was truly touched by the experience.
Everytime I visit this store I enjoy the warm friendliness of Sales associate, Dita. She has such an eye for style. I often purchase the very accessories she wears. As a result I have jewelry that I receive compliments on. She is a consummate professional. Always smiling and very gracious. A great place to shop and their customer service is exceptional!
I was not treated with a greeting or asked if I needed help by any employee. Completely ignored and staff continued to ask the white customers for help instead.
I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at this store on 12/10/2025. Dustin and several other members of the team went above and beyond to help me find the right jean cut and fit, I was offered a sparkling water, and overall had a comfortable and positive experience. I highly recommend taking some time to shop in-store instead of online to find what you need and work with people who are there to help.
