The dentist was professional, efficient, and quickly put me at ease during what could have been a very stressful situation. The procedure was carried out smoothly, with clear explanations throughout, and I experienced minimal discomfort. I’m very grateful for the prompt treatment and excellent service. Called there on a weekday an was told by the Secretary the dentist would be calling me to discuss an appointment on Friday or Monday.. Just as I thought No call that I was waiting on.. I appreciate your prompt service to not only receive No call ever an when I went to call them on the Monday that I've waited an waited, the voicemail was full. The Secretary needs to be more professional an learn to do her job. I highly don't recommend this business to only get the run around. Baldwin Dental gets 1 star but should be Zero!!!! Yeah you know I called there and spoke to your secretary. This is not from a competitor.. I spoke directly to your secretary and she told me he would be calling me on a Friday or a Monday.. Yeah Not a single call from any dentist. And when I called your business today "Yeah the one in 6789 Southpoint Pkwy Suite 201..Minutes from my home off of Parental home rd. your voice mail was full..So no way to leave a message. I thought it was odd that instead of the Secretary setting up an appointment she was like he will be calling you on Friday or Monday. I have no reason to lie but don't like when I told by your secretary that the dentist would be calling me an no one ever did. And then assume on my truth.. Not Good!
