I can not express enough gratitude to Balansera Therapy Co., especially to Sadie. I was a serial therapy client and would go to a couple of sessions with a therapist and then never return with no explanation (yes, if you are wondering, it is something I have worked on in my sessions, lol). I had a hard time opening up and releasing control of my emotions. With that being said, Sadie has been my saving grace. She is loyal, persistent, honest, and compassionate. She will not let you make excuses for yourself and will be the person to tell you what you need to hear, even if you don't want to. For someone like me and my past with therapy, I have been with her for over a year and have not ghosted her yet, lol. She is everything I need to foster personal growth. She is my therapist and someone I can confide in, and I know she always has my best interest at heart.

I found her during a personal crisis, a time when I felt overwhelmed and vulnerable, and her presence became a vital part of my healing. I genuinely don't know how I would have navigated those circumstances without her. She finally gave me the answers I had been looking for and she knew early on I needed EMDR. She brings a rare combination of clinical skill and deeply human compassion to her work. Her use of EMDR was profoundly impactful for me. I had known about the technique professionally, but experiencing it with someone so attuned and skilled made all the difference. Her ability to hold space, gently challenge, and guide me through the healing process was nothing short of remarkable. What impresses me most is how authentically supportive she is—patient, grounded, present, and deeply empathetic. Even as someone trained in this field, I felt I could fully let go and trust her guidance, knowing I was in the hands of someone who truly understands the depths of trauma and the courage it takes to heal. There are many good therapists out there, but very few like her. I will be forever grateful to have found Sadie when I did. She helped me reclaim pieces of myself I thought were lost, and for that, I am endlessly thankful.
