I was initially very nervous to start CrossFit. I honestly didn’t think I had the ability to keep up with the workouts my brother and sister-in-law had described. But I’m so glad I pushed past that fear and showed up. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported and welcomed, never like I didn’t belong. Everyone is incredibly encouraging and always willing to help. Now I genuinely look forward to going each week. Not just for the workouts, but for the community and the amazing people who make it so special.
We love Baker CrossFit! I have been going since they opened and also got my husband to join not long after. This is a great gym if you are just starting out with zero experience or if you have been doing CrossFit for a while and want to be pushed. We have the best coaches and members!
From my very 1st day at Baker CrossFit I have been in love with our community and the passion behind our owner and coaches!! I loved it so much I became a coach! Even after 12 years of doing CrossFit I am still loving it!! Always challenged and feel encouraged!
Coaches are friendly and approachable and understand everyone’s individual goals/abilities. The gym members are always helpful and work to create a “team” atmosphere each and every workout.
Amazing owners and coaches. Our whole family goes to classes from 6:30am to 5:30pm. Our daughter is also involved in the kids classes that is offered. Great environment if you are just starting out and need a safe place to workout.
