I did not expect a smaller liquor store to have such a decent selection relative to its size. Whoever does buying of product for the store has decent taste, and as a avid whiskey drinker, there was an pretty decent range of quality in the products I had not expected to have access to, but was pleased to have. Nothing rare or exotic for purchase, but some really decent premium whiskeys that are my mainstays were available and I attached the photo of the really great whiskey that I landed on. I have been in a few times and the staff has been great. I got to meet an owner today and had a really great conversation about whiskey preferences and he even said he would try to keep some good stuff around for purchase. I was allowed to try some other decent whiskeys the last time I was in and I regretted I didn't have more time to linger, as I could have stood there chatting about good whiskey and enjoying the company of others with a good palate for flavors in liquor for hours, but alas I was just stopping by. I will surely do so again and look forwsrd to stopping in. Great location, so don't be fooled by the modest outside appearance. It's the people inside and the quality of the selection that makes this place stick out to me, and its why I keep coming back. The workers know their stuff and have great taste in their product. I hope they can eventually grow their presence. Its a small well run business with obvious knowledge and passion in their product. Flatly, its just a win/win situation I enjoy taking advantage of because they are local, but I would probably drive a fair distance to use the same store just because of the people. If you want a more personal touch and great feedback for your product inquiries that isnt just another liquor chain, I can definitely recommend this humble appearing store.
Great selection, staff was really interactive and helpful. Prices were very competitive from what I've seen in the area.
Friendly staff that are interested in their customers. They may be open to special orders so be sure to talk to them.
