Since my previous concern was raised, I have noticed positive changes in the community, especially regarding the cleanliness and upkeep of the amenities and common areas. I truly appreciate seeing management take action to improve the living experience for residents. I am happy to see these improvements and hope the community continues to maintain these standards moving forward. A clean, well-maintained environment makes a meaningful difference for everyone who lives here. Thank you again for your attention and commitment to the community. 06-19/2026 I would like to express my concern regarding the current condition of the community’s common areas. It appears that the hallways are no longer receiving proper weekly cleaning. The floors look very dirty, worn, and poorly maintained, with old paint and visible signs of neglect. When these areas are cleaned regularly, they have a fresh, clean appearance and a pleasant smell. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. For a luxury apartment community, the current condition is disappointing. It is noticeable as soon as you enter the hallways that they are not being maintained to the standard residents expect. Additionally, the elevators in all buildings are showing significant signs of wear and age. Overall, the community does not seem to be receiving the level of care and upkeep it deserves. Residents pay monthly fees with the expectation that these common areas will be properly maintained. The property itself is beautiful and luxurious, but when you pay attention to the details, many areas appear neglected and deteriorated. I hope management can address these issues and restore the high standards that originally made this community so attractive. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The hallways often appear dirty, the paint is old and worn, and the overall appearance doesn't reflect the level of quality expected of a luxury apartment complex. The hallways and common areas are also part of our homes and our daily well-being, not just the interiors of our apartments. We pass through these spaces every day, and they directly affect the living experience of all residents. That's why I felt the need to express my concern. I sincerely hope the community continues to improve, because that's what residents expect and deserve. With so many residents living here, the level of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall care should match the size and standards of the community. I absolutely love living at this apartment community! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. The amenities are fantastic and truly make living here enjoyable, whether you’re relaxing by the pool, using the fitness center, or enjoying the common areas. What really sets this community apart is the incredible staff. The ladies in the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. They go above and beyond to help residents and make sure any questions or concerns are addressed quickly. The maintenance team is equally impressive—responsive, efficient, and dedicated to keeping the community looking its best. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in providing a great living experience for residents. I have also noticed some reviews posted by individuals that, based on my personal experience living here, seem misleading and do not accurately reflect the community or the level of service provided. Unfortunately, you’ll find negative or unfair reviews no matter where you live. I believe it’s important for prospective residents to consider the overall picture and form their own opinions. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live with excellent amenities, responsive maintenance, and a staff that genuinely cares about its residents.
Our experience at Bainbridge Ponte Vedra has been outstanding from day one. The entire team goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome, valued, and truly at home. A special thank you to Jamie, the Property Manager, whose professionalism, leadership, and genuine care for the community are evident in everything she does. She sets the standard for exceptional customer service and always ensures that residents’ concerns are handled promptly and thoughtfully. Courtney, the Assistant Property Manager, is equally amazing. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with a positive attitude. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing a great experience for every resident. The leasing team, Adrianna and Alex, made the entire leasing process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. They were incredibly welcoming, answered every question thoroughly, and made us feel confident that Bainbridge Ponte Vedra was the right place to call home. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers fantastic amenities, but it’s the people who truly make this community special. It’s rare to find a management team that consistently delivers such outstanding service with kindness and professionalism. I had a wonderful experience exploring Bainbridge Ponte Vedra! The community is absolutely beautiful, and everything looks in real life exactly as stunning as it does on the website. But the absolute highlight of my experience was working with Adrianna. She is an absolute gem! She is incredibly professional, warm, and helpful, and made the entire leasing process a pure pleasure. She is truly the greatest asset to this community. Even though our final plans changed, I highly recommend this place and especially Adrianna to anyone looking for a new home!
Guys, no way Disney is the happiest place on earth because this community is giving it a run for its money.We are some OG tenants and have signed a renewal and can’t wait to sign again! Every single person on the maintenance team gets an A+. Our work orders (the very few of them) have been completed in 24 hours or less. The leasing team is top tier. Jamie has been nothing but incredible during our entire time here. She is empathetic and kind. Smiles on everyone’s faces every day. The pool is better than the Nocatee amenity pools. The events are so fun and creative. We literally live in paradise. Obsessed with our home. Don’t forget you can school choice into the St. john’s County schools There are plenty of seats open. We love our home - Thank you Bainbridge and staff! Publix is down the street, beach is 10 mini away and the feel of the campus and homes is extremely luxurious. The routine maintenance is amazing here too they are on top of it and we always get emails with plenty of advanced communication.
