Dr. Carballo is amazing, a true artist and a master of her craft. The added bonus is her personality, she’s such a joy to be around! I wanted something cosmetic. I had enamel chips on my front teeth that started to discolor over time. I was nervous for years to touch them because, well…they’re my front teeth. I really wanted someone I could trust to do it. When I met Dr. Carballo, I knew she would be the one. Dr. Carballo and Heather did such a wonderful job, and I’m beyond happy. The process was fun and easy for me, and the whole time I was told exactly what was going on and what was being done. I felt included in the process, relaxed and at ease. The result is beyond amazing. I’m so happy to smile with confidence again. The atmosphere in the office is fun and easy. All the ladies are so helpful, professional, fun, skilled, and truly have your best interest at heart. Also, big shoutout to my hygienist Ginger, you’re amazing!! Can’t wait for my next cleaning appointment! And for whoever is reading this review and looking for a new dentist office - you found it. Don’t walk, run to Dr. Carballo, you will be in best hands!
First time visiting this office. My father was very happy with the technician that was cleaning his teeth. He is 94 years old. The technician was gentle but very firm where she had to be and he completely understood that and look forward to the next visit. And not heard him say that about anyone for years. Keep up the good work
I love Dr. Carballo’s office! The front desk staff are friendly and keep me on track with my appointments. Quatina makes my regular cleanings a great experience, and Dr. Carballo has gotten me back on track to a happy, healthy smile in the last year! I can’t recommend this office enough, the team makes dental care a fun experience.
I have went there several times now went for a cleaning. They connected with the VA for me. I was able to get two teeth fixed since I couldn't get into the VA. They have been amazing. Not only amazing. They have an amazing crew of happy wonderful ladies definitely would recommend to any Military Vet that has had difficulty anywhere else.
This practice has the best customer service! Everyone was so nice, there were no surprises when it came time for my care. The dentist was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I get so nervous when it come to getting anything done to my teeth. And she was so gentle and understanding. Not to mention the music was fun to listen to! Im so glad I went there.
