We spent around 6k for the swim jets. Zero help on how they work, zero help on how to adjust them, don’t waste your money find a company they has some kind of support on their product. Doesn’t help that Cody pools knew nothing about them. Turned all the way up and I can’t use my legs to kick. Called them so many times asking for help and zero answer. Product sucks! Worst money I have ever spent
I bought a swim jet and used it for 2 years. it would overheat and cut off when used for more that 20 minutes. The company tried to help but could never solve the problem Huge waste of money.
I want to thank Mitch Cox and Chris Claise for their excellent customer service, time, dedication and, above all ,for answering and explaining each and every one of my questions and doubts about the Badu jet system. I recommend 100% to all those interested in the Badu jet system to go to Jacksonville, FL where you can try at their pool all systems and thus be able to compare one system with the other. This is the ideal place to try the system and receive the best customer service!!
We’re having a pool installed now. They have been trying for a week to install a swim jet. No support from the company. When I went there to inquire about a month ago they said they were not open to the public and I must leave.
