I spoke with Chip personally and was very impressed with the time and attention he gave to my situation. He was honest, straightforward, and forthcoming with information. He did not give me false hope, nor did I feel pressured or rushed in any way. Our consultation lasted approximately 30 minutes, during which he provided a great deal of helpful information and took the time to explain my options.
