I cannot recommend Dr. B. Marie Reid, MD, and her team highly enough. From the moment I signed in at the front desk, the experience was seamless and professional. Every member of the staff—from the pre-op nurses to the surgical and post-op teams—was absolutely wonderful and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Reid has an incredible bedside manner and a warm personality that truly stands out. After the procedure, she took the time to personally explain that everything went well, ensuring I felt informed and cared for throughout the entire process. What really blew me away was receiving a 'thank you' card signed by the entire team as part of my exit package. I have never received something so personal from a medical office before. It is clear that Dr. Reid and her staff provide first-class service. If you are looking for a physician who combines high-level expertise with genuine compassion, look no further.

Everyone from scheduling to checking in to pre-op and post-op was so kind. Dr. Reid was friendly and warm. I highly recommend. Do not skip your colonoscopy! It’s not as bad as yo think. The prep is only one day of your life and it can save your life, so do it!
