Absolute failure. We were led to believe this was a professional. Complete opposite. Let's start with the tileing was done by others and not overseen. All the grout had to be repaired. They even used my tools from my garage without asking, I live the new grout and thinset on my ladder... As to the owner. He sells himself as a pro but his work was completely sloppy. His excuse for getting paint on the newly tiled floor and not using a drop cloth was that semi gloss is easy to clean up. It is not easy to clean out of grout. The door...he is paying us $300 to have someone else do it professionally. Pay more and hire a true licensed professional. We had good recommendations but every single thing had to be redone in one form or another. another. The most disappointing thing was this hack had an excuse for everything except for his crew using my tools without asking and making a mess of my lawn by using i
