Very thorough company their technicians are wonderful. They explain everything from the beginning the customer service over the phone is amazing. The follow ups that they do are greatly appreciated when you have a very hectic life as I do you often forget, but I am pleased with their services, from the beginning until the end, even though my service is not completely done because of the rain today they are expected to come back. My technician was amazing very thorough and very patient with me. Would definitely refer to anyone asking about this type of service.
Exceptional customer service every time I call! Jessie made it simple to set up the appointment and get the right treatment options. Chad was great treating our lawn for ants and termites. We do our treatments as needed or yearly, looking forward to our next appointment.

I received a bill stating that I owed $330.00 for services on 7/15/2026 and an additional $3.00 for a fuel charge. When I called to discuss the charges and let them know that no service had been provided they said it was a bill because I was supposed to renew in May. In fairness, when I called, they did remove the bill but I wonder how many people would have called or just paid the bill thinking the services were rendered.. For me it seems very deceptive. I wanted to file a complaint with the BBB bureau only to find out they are not a member.
B&B initially conducted my termite treatment for my newly built home in 2023 however we went with a "competitor." Long story short- the "competitor" on a treatment day came out their mouth sideways about some service and termite traps. I immediately advised the gentleman to come pick up his traps and cancel my service immediately. While he was digging up the traps, I was already locked in and signed up with B&B. The owner of the "competitor" has called several times trying to make amends. I never said the technicians name nor have I ever publicly thrown them under the bus. Either way, I've been with B&B for a little over 6 months. No issues, they are super professional and always on time. Dylan arrived today, explained to me exactly why he was there and asked if I would lIke a termite inspection. While I'm sure I don't need one, I like to err on the side of caution. He conducted his inspection, told me what he found or didn't and advised me of any future courses of action. He was thorough, EXTREMELY professional and relatable. If you gonna spend your money on pest control, my money is on them. Good Job! 💪💯
