If you go to this place, be prepared to wait a long time. Whether you’re there for a doctor’s appointment or lab tests, you can expect to wait almost two hours before being seen. Even if you’re fasting or need to get to work, they don’t seem to care. Some days the front desk staff are helpful, but most of the time they seem stressed and in a bad mood. The atmosphere isn’t welcoming. From the moment you walk in, the overall energy just doesn’t feel good.

NICOLE one of schedulers was just amazing how she handled my phone call. Very professional, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, just a pleasure to associate with. She booked both of my appointments with ease and made me well satisfied with the interaction. I’m 58 years old and have never been treated as kindly as NICOLE treated me. Just outstanding!!!

Horribly unprofessional and should just be shut down. Can’t tell their rear ends from their head, and the lady at the front desk is just lazy and incompetent. Two days now my husband has been waiting on medication to be called in. The doctor told him he definitely needed it and should not be going without it yet here we are still waiting. Unless you want your family members sicker than what they are, do not come here. The staff does not advocate for patients. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just wanna give Liz Lopez at the call center a shout out. Usually I get such anxiety even calling for my appointment and she is so caring and makes you feel comfortable and not a nuisance. When I told her my anxiety she even tried get my appointment faster. And Eli, my doctor for 3 years is always the best. (While I’m here might as well state that) also the front desk girls I love - not all but a couple I will get their names next time and edit- oh and the pharmacist guy with the beard. Anyways, usually it’s anxiety for me calling to make my appointment (don’t judge that’s why I’m here panic disorder) and Liz Lopez literally needs a promotion she was so comforting even when I was hyper adhd and anxious about appointment. There needs to be more Liz Lopez!
