Stephanie has been the most helpful person. She is beyond sweet going above and beyond to help me try and figure out issues and actually answering my questions and not giving the round about! Even personally called a doctors office for me to help get things figured out and called me back with a solution!!

Started calling at 8am for an appointment. Busy. Gave up at 9am and drove to their office. Only to be told by a very rude employee that I would need to call at 8am for same day appointment. I DID call steadily from 8am till 9am and they have their phones off the hook. Even though I was standing r right in front of her she refused to make an appointment. I have to call at 3:30pm today or at 8am tomorrow. I will attempt to make an appointment for tomorrow, then plan on finding another doctor.

If you want to deal with people who don’t know what they are doing, have terrible communication issues and give you miss information look no further this place is it. Absolutely the worst Dr office.

Front desk staff are amazing. Always get a return call within a day if not just give a call and you will get someone. Unless it's the referral department took 6 months (not all done at the same time that is when the first was put in) to get my referrals through said somthing to my doctor and they went through in month but I had to move so it was for nothing. The doctor i had was great, listening to everything I had to say we had a few short conversations (not discussing medical) she was real nice. The nurses where the best I am sad i had to move. If I can get back to them I will be. The pharmacy was great to, filled everything soon, if a medication wasn't available they would speak to the doctor and see about alternatives. I got medicine within 20 minutes of my appointment with the pharmacist speaking with my doctor to get alternative medicine. The place is clean, the staff are nice, appointment wait time is not long, the doctors listen to you, you are not rushed. They have a resource counselor who helped me get on food stamps when I was struggling. She was quite nice although I only spoke to her in person. She didn't answer the phone when I called or gave a call back. I found out a few days after i called they were having problems with there tech so that may have been why.
