I love this office. Everyone who works there is super nice. I wouldn’t trade my hygienist for anything!!! I don’t know how to spell her name, but she is from the Islands( Jamaica I think). She does a great job and is the nicest person!!
I always have a wonderful experience at the Aviles Palencia location! Dr. Duprey and Keli Walton are truly exceptional at what they do. They consistently make me feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for at every visit. I’ve been a patient with Aviles for a couple of years now, and over that time I’ve had the pleasure of building a great rapport with both of them. About eight months ago, I started my journey preparing my teeth for braces, and they’ve been there every step of the way. It always means so much to walk in and be greeted by name, especially by the front desk staff and to name specifical, Michelle! Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care make every appointment a positive experience. I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made and truly look forward to continuing my treatment with them. Thank you, Dr. Duprey, Keli, and the entire team, for everything you do. I couldn’t recommend this office more highly!
Long time customer of Aviles Dental. This review is about the scheduling staff at Aviles Dental where I saw Dr Kabra. I had positive experience with Hygienists and Dr Kabra and he recommended a Crown. unfortunately when I called to schedule the visit for Crown and asked the rep how many days I will have to be on Temps before perm crown is placed. The response was we cant tell you. I asked if its typically 1 week?, the response was we cant tell you, I asked OK in 2 weeks?, same response, we cant tell you. Then I asked can you tell me if by month end it can be placed, the same response, we cant tell you when we will get the crown from the lab. I cancelled my appt. Please think about this, when a provider cant tell you any idea of when they can take you off of the temps, what does it tell you about the timeliness and promptness of the facility. I think the owners of this facility have to train their staff better and/or ensure prompt treatment.
Simply put the folks at Aviles Dental Care in Palencia are amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by Michelle with a warm smile and a welcoming that makes you know you are in the right spot. Now I am pretty sure every dental hygienist provides impeccable service at this location but I’d put my hygienist Keely up against anyone from across the country. She’s sharp and creates a treatment plan for each individual while really listening to the patient and addressing any concerns. I’m getting my extensive work done under Dr Kabra and his team which so far as shown nothing but excellence. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for something new or better.
Aviles has always been accommodating and never over-selling. They’ve been careful, gentle, conservative, and always looked out for my best interests. I had two crowns scheduled for a visit, and during treatment, my dentist was able to fill one rather than needing the second crown after all. I wouldn’t have known the difference but was happy with their honesty and care! It saved me a lot of money and earned them my loyalty!
