I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceptional care I received at Avencia Urgent Care in Middleburg on 10 September 2026. From the moment I walked through the doors until the time I was discharged, every staff member treated me with kindness, compassion, dignity, and professionalism. I apologize I don’t remember her name, but the receptionist, RN Ashley, and doctor Katie Thomas, made sure I felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout my entire stay. I was especially grateful for the way the staff kept my husband informed about my care and whereabouts, which gave both of us tremendous peace of mind during a stressful time. Their communication, attentiveness, and genuine concern meant more to us than words can express. Thank you to everyone that evening, at Avencia for the stellar care and support you provided to us. I am truly grateful and highly recommend this facility!
Went yesterday for a walking in small emergency. Front desk staff very cordial letting my know the checking procedure. The nurse assistant was very professional and positive about my condition. When the Practitioner came in was very professional taking care of my situation . A+ for them! Comment: ask been myself in the Health businesses profession was a little surprise the checking didn't include a bit about my health history, must of all about medication i am taking which is very important for interaction and other issues Definitely will recommend this location for the conditions they said will take care of.
Great experience all around! Staff was courteous and assisted with check-in. Medical staff, to include Dr. and nurse, were friendly and on point for the visit, but also took time to ensure I understood the medication and was OK with the diagnosis and treatment. Second time here, and both times have been great.
From the moment we walked in, the experience at Avecina Medical Urgent Care was outstanding! My husband went in for his DOT physical, and every single person we encountered—from the front desk staff to the nurses—was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was simply there to support my husband, and they even surprised me with a handful of lollipops, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made us both smile! Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, but the staff here truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend Avecina Medical Urgent Care and will definitely return if we ever need their services. Thank you all for making our visit such a positive experience!
This was my first time being here. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. I was seen in a timely fashion. Everyone was very nice and professional. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my treatment. They took their time with me and answered all of my questions. Everyone showed that they really cared. I can see why they have such high ratings. The clinic was exceptionally clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.
