Benjamin Subercaseaux performed as our buyer’s agent on the purchase of our home at 4312 N. Franklinia Street, Saint Augustine, Florida. He evaluated our needs, and showed us many homes in our price range that met our requirements perfectly. His knowledge of the market was highly impressive and could not have been exceeded by anyone else in this role. His high intelligence and excellent communication skills were used continuously in the process of reviewing available alternative homes, evaluating our specific “needs and wants,” and negotiating a “win-win” outcome to achieve the final purchase of our new home. His demeanor, professionalism, and responsiveness was unsurpassed. We highly recommend Benjamin Subercaseaux to others who wish “top level” assistance on their real estate needs.
Ben Subercaseaux is a true professional and was invaluable during my recent home purchase. He was always available and went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect deal on my new home and even sat through a 3 hour closing until we got all of the details ironed out! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
